I have an upcoming event, how do I sell my tickets?
It is now easier than ever. All you need to do is create a free account with us, and you'll have access to the organiser's dashboard where you'll be able to create and manage your events and tickets.
Can I sell tickets for an online event?
Yes you can. When setting up your event, you can choose whether it is happening at a physical venue or online. For online events, you'll be required to provide a meeting link. The meeting link will be presented to ticket holders during check in at least 30 minutes before your event starts, to minimise leakage. They will be able to check in using our free online check in tool
How can my online attendees check in?
Your attendees can check in by themselves anytime from 30 minutes before the event starts using our free online check in tool. The meeting link will be presented to valid ticket holders during check in.
Can I decide when my ticket sales start and end?
Yes. You have full control over when you want your customers to purchase your tickets. You determine when your sales start and end when setting up your tickets.
Can I schedule a date for my event to go live?
Yes. We have an option for scheduling when your event should go public. This allows you to more time to focus on your event and leave the rest to us!
How can I share my event with my audience?
Every event you create will have a unique and readable link that you can share with your customers across different social channels.
How soon can I withdraw my earnings?
Your earnings are available for withdrawal anytime you want. All your balances and transactions are available on the Wallet tab.
Can I refund a ticket sale in case of a complain?
Yes. There is a refund feature available on your dashboard under Sales. We allow refunds made within from ticket purchase time up to 24 hours after end of event. Refunds are disabled after this and withdrawals enabled.
In case an attendee can’t make it to my event, can I allow them to resell?
We are working on a resell option. However, the maximum and minimum resell prices will be controlled by the event organiser.
